Nine Nepali artists embarked on an artistic adventure “Impression of Manang” against the backdrop of the mighty Annapurna on 08 May, 2006. Impression of Manang was a two week art workshop that showcased the works of artists Sudarshan Bikram Rana, Sunita Rana, Hareram Jojiju “Joju”, Bidhata K.C., Bikrant Man Shrestha, Himalaya Gautam, Erina Tamrakar, Rajendra K.C. and Prakash Chandwadhkar. As the artists trekked through Besisahar, Jagat, Bahundanda, Dharapani, Tal, Chame, Timang, Pisang, Braga, Ghyaru, Ngawal and Manang, they captured their impressions of this remote region on their canvas.
